I rent in Itaewon. Is a blocked drain my cost or my landlord's?
It usually depends on where the blockage is. If it is inside your unit's own trap or branch line, it is normally the tenant's cost; if it is in the shared stack serving several units, it is normally the landlord's or the building's.
